He contributes his time and effort in the areas of strategic planning and decision making, financial planning and reporting, in the recruitment and management of people in key positions and in ensuring that Access conducts its affairs equitably

He is recognized for mentoring the project teams, business units for project management & process control. He firmly believes that empowering people, trust & respect for individuals are the key to organizational success. Professional background of Sreedhar includes rich industry experience in various fields: R&D, Mfg (Telecom), Marketing/Sales, Software Dev & Engineering.

Sreedhar holds a Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Management.

K. Ramesh – Director

Has over 17 years of industry experience in the area of process control & automation. Oversees the company's growth and operations in the company and was instrumental in forming strategic alliances with technology companies like Yokogawa, Agilent Technologies.

He is credited with the development of software products and solution framework, marketed as business solutions for a broad spectrum of industry like Telecom, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Refineries, Process Industries.

Ramesh holds Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation and is the Co-founder of Access Automation Pvt. Ltd

Kiran Nadig – Business Head (Engineering Solutions)

Bachelor of Electronics Engineering, is one of the senior member of Access Automation. Currently, Kiran Nadig has overall responsibility for the development of software products and solution framework. Some of the major projects to his credit are uCAL (and eCAL) - A calibration management framework. The solutions implemented successfully have won him laurels from his customers. These experiences have enabled him to undertake overall design responsibilities for our product/framework development activity.

S. Hari Prasad - Business Head (Technology Solutions)

Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, is one of the senior member of Access Automation Pvt. Ltd. Currently, Hari has overall responsibility for the development of software products and solution framework. Some of the major projects to his credit are Radar Test System – A Radar test System and SATMON - A Satellite Channel Monitoring Software. The solutions implemented successfully have won him laurels from his customers. These experiences have enabled him to undertake overall design responsibilities for our product/framework development activity.

Chirodeep Sinha - General Manager (Business Development)

Chirodeep holds an engineering degree in Instrumentation and specialization in marketing management. He has exposure to varied industries which includes oil and gas, consumer/industrial electronics, telecom, energy, heavy electricals, avionics and other allied industries.

He plays a predominant role in Business Development. He is responsible for improving customer experience and adding value. He plays a crucial role in engaging customers and nurturing long-lasting relationships.
